I got a 64x 3w LED for Christmas! It came from eBay, but it works great and it is very bright :) Hopefully next week I'll get some mushrooms and a Kenya tree frag. 48 of the LED's are 10K and 16 are actinic blues. It makes the colors on the fish and invertebrates look very good. ImageUploadedByMonsterAquariaNetwork1356455298.538759.jpg

Looks good, now that the holidays are out of the way I plan to pick up one of the ebay chinese dimmable fixtures to try out on one of my tanks.

If I had a smaller tank I would have gone with the Taotronic LED's, but they cost a lot more... Make sure to get the 3 watt ones.

Quite a few people on RC have been successful with the taotronic LED lights off ebay, they run about $150, 75 would need 2 fixtures I think. For T5's on a 75g if you want SPS's you would be best off with a 6 bulb fixture, I think most of the ebay ones are 4 bulb oddysea or similar to the oddysea, not the greatest quality, one piece instead of individual reflectors, bulbs are sucky so factor in about another $100 for new bulbs, fixture would be good enough for softies wont get any high light stuff to flourish though.

I am looking for a light that will support corals for my 75 w/o breaking the bank. Do you have a link for this light? has anyone else used Ebay lights? I have been looking at the various T5 units.
