Tough one. How far above the tank do you think you will hang the fixture? I imagine it would have to be fairly high to get the sperad with 60 degrees. It might be best to mix the 60 and 90's so that you get some penetration to the bottom but not so much that you get a spotlight look. That would also help bring the fixture down some too.

I'm open for the height it will be at, will be suspended from bracket on the wall, I have nothing that needs high light towards the outter ends of the tank, some LPS and SPS mostly halfway to 3/4 way up the tank towards the center. I can mix optics after purchase but need to choose just one for it to come with out of the box.

3W LEDs? Do you know the driver or what the bulbs will be driven at?

3w bridgelux 55 of them, I think its pretty much a US made copy of the taotronics except with reds, greens, and violet led's added.

IMO, you're going to want wide angle optics on the greens and reds. I would go with the 90's I guess.
