African Clawed Frog foot webbing issues

I just can't catch a break. My guppy tank was just partially devastated (posted on here a couple Weeks ago about that!) And now something is up with my African Clawed Frog. He's got some little blotchy lumps on his one foot webbing. I'm hoping this is just from nipping, I couldn't find anything like it online. He's acting normal and no whiteness, but I just noticed it tonight.
