I have a 10 gallon saltwater aquarium - FO with live rock. I have 2 Ocelaris Clownfish, a couple of snails, 4 blue legged hermit crabs, and one cleaner shrimp. I know I can't get another fish in an aquarium that small, but wondering if it would work to add a perppermint shrimp or another clearner shimp - or is that too much. Thanks

I'd go with another cleaner shrimp. They are kinder to your microfauna than peppermints. Either won't add much to the bioload, just don't go overboard in feeding.

Agreed. I see no problem with adding a peppermit or cleaner.

2nd cleaner gets my vote as well. I don't know about skunk cleaners, but blood red cleaners might kill other species shrimp in smaller tank.
