My cherry barbs keep wasting away. They get skinnier and then they die. Theyre the only fish that this is affecting. Params are fine and no noticeable bulling or anything. I feed fish food thats supposed to prevent parasites and ive tried internal parasite meds but nothings helping.

Try treating with Prazi pro. Also if you have access to a microscope you can look at a dead ones gills for anything out of the ordinary. Some parasites will form gill cysts that can cause slow wasting from stress. Heard of it happening from farmed livebearers in Florida.

How many have you got? Do you notice them eating? Try feeding them more protein rich food. Mine really like the Tetra gel food from Walmart:

Other than separating them and treating for parasites with something in the water, there's not much you can do if the medicated food isn't working.
