Well if you kept updated with my previous posts then you know our 5 Tetras passed away due to ich and inability to cope with medication. We have our favorite fish left. I have been treating him for about a week. 82 F water temp, aquarium salt (about a teaspoon per gallon with water changes), water changes with testing beforehand daily, then apply QuICK Cure with the light off 99% of the time.
Here is a video of what he does. See how he just hangs out like he is about to die then floats with the current for a second? His gills seem to have puffy white stuff coming out of them, from what I read it is a possibility of fungus? What do you guys think? I know it's difficult to make out, but I did my best filming.

Thanks guys.
