Angelfish problem.

Hi Guys!
Would like to know,if somebody had problem as me..
I have 5 breeding pairs and 20 growing tanks(20G) for their babies and once in a while in 1 growing tank babies(whole batch) and fins growing very slowly, but some angles growing normal.I do everything the same in all my fish tanks and all my pairs F1

I would like to agree with you, but a few months ago i made the central system for them and almost all babies from difference batches, same as on the picture.
