can you list the tank parameters. include temp, pH, and all other readings?
how long have you had the discus?
also include your maint schedule.
it's hard to tell from the pictures what you are referring to.
but the fish in the picture looks emaciated

All water test good
ntirtie zero ammonia zero nitrate 10 to 20ppm approx.
temp 85 pH 6.8 7
Water change 2 to 3 times a week

I was referring to the long bubbly white poop which seems to keep happening when they haven't ate in atleast a month.
Treated with metro and prazi doesn't seem to have done a thing. How do I get them to eat?

I have no experience with discus so i would have no idea. You could try to target feed them( im not sure of the actual name of this type of feeding) by using a turkey baster and squirting live foods directly in front of them or close to them. Im sure others here know what this feeding technique is called and how to properly do it. You should try to get into contact with discuspaul here on AC. He is an experinced discus keeper and could possibly help you find out why they wont eat

Frankly, that poop looks a lot like the tapeworm (so he identified it) that someone extracted from a cichlid. He had a thread (obviously) but I can't remember the subject line on it or anything.

nice catch authmal
it does appear to be tape worm.
praziquatel is often effective .
it appears it may have been as tapeworm usually exit when prazi has worked.
you can redose the med
btw, they may take a few days before they eat
