I have this same plant but mine doesn't look nearly as good as yours do. What do you do as far pruning, water parameters, etc?

I don't really prune, I usually take the sideshoots and place them on the gravel. As for my parameters, weirldy this plant is the only one that seems to survive varying degrees from no CO2- to DIY C02. I use EI for my ferts.
