Good luck. I don't think those are particularly great at growing plants, presuming that I'm recalling information correctly.

Is this the modular fixture? I thought it needed all three to get even low light PAR? I could easily be mistaken though...

Good luck with it. I'm going the planted LED route myself soon. Just seems to almost be a no brainer now that fixture prices are dropping.

Jason, hopefully it works out for you plant-wise.

I tried some combinations of standard LEDs with plants to no avail. The tank was BRIGHT as heck and the lighting looked awesome, but apparently not enough PAR to grow and maintain even the lowest of light required plants.

Plant specific LED fixtures are a different animal.
