What kind of program do you use to crop the picture? After cropping, it still looks very good and clear.

i use photoshop to crop...
I have my cam set to the highest resolution setting so the pics are very large, that way I dont have to enlarge them, even after cropping the last one I think the pixel width was around 550...
I think that my settings were:
shutter: 1/750 sec
aperture: f2.8
iso: 200
