I'm looking for something that would give me the option of using one filter (Fluval 303) with two intake pipes. Is there a "Y" or "T" connector out there that would fit?

I am sure a visit to your local hardware store would give you what you need for a DIY project...

The fuval 303 is a historical relic.
Find a 12/16 mm T or Y is easy.
why double intake pipes?

As Bob said, visit your local hardware or plumbing supply store. Take some of the parts you want to connect as the Fluval is a German product and as such, as Agro said, will be metric. IF your like me, the only metric conversion I really know in my head is ~2.5 cm = 1 inch.

I modified a HOT Magnum years ago with PVC I had lying around - works like a charm to this day.

I recently added a divider to a 20 gallon long, so wanted both sides to have an intake.
Thanks for the tips, i'll see what I can find.
