Not sure where to post this but I recently got a JEBO r375 tank and the ballast needs to be replaced and I've never wired anything before. Anyone here good at wiring that can help me out with this? There's more wires on the old ballast than the new one that jebo recommended replacing it with the fullham workhorse 5.
Here's pictures of the new ballast and of the stock setup still on it. Not sure where to start. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

The diagram should help.

the workhorse 5 is an instant start ballast, they are easier to wire than other types.
With an instant start ballast both pins on each end of the fluorescent tube (or each pair of pins) are connected together and used as a single pin (this is also known as shunting)
I am not familiar with the light you have but if its only 3 bulbs that diagram should work for you. if its 3 bulbs like the pix I have seen online, each red wire goes to one end of each light tube, and the single yellow wire connects to the opposite end of all of the tubes.

Thanks for the help. The hood is set up for 2 4-pin compact fluoresent bulbs. I still can't figure this out. It's a jebo r375 hood and I can't find out anything about it online for some reason.
