I walked by the new tank section at my local petsmart and found $.75 flying foxes. Not saes, real foxes. Is anyone else thinking about buying a few? I have room in the 100g and these things are cool as heck.

Given a tank that size and the price I think it wouldn't be a bad idea. A few years ago I naively picked one up thinking it would be like an SAE...was a great fish, but far too large and active for the tank size. Plus, mine never once seemed interested in any algae (I thought I could try and get rid of some BBA) and liked prepared foods way more.
Not getting them for algae haha, my bad, I misred your post. I have giant roselines in there, as well. Will post pictures tomorrow once I snag 'em.
Yeah I thought they were going to do the trick, but they were nice fish nonetheless. Just not great for my tank when I tried it out.
