Topping off my list is John Carpenter’s “The Thing”
The special effects may be outdated but this movie scared me like nothing I’ve ever seen before
Bruce Campbell’s “Army of Darkness” is second on my list because it brought comedy to a “horror” while keeping a decent story intact
“Blade” featuring Wesley Snipes brought an element of freakin’ awesome to your typical vampire slayer movies
