I'm planning my system and would like to add an ATO. Has anyone used an ATO on a 10 gallon tank? Is the float sensitive enough to detect a very small water loss?

I checked out the set-ups at http://www.autotopoff.com and they look like a great way to go if sensitive enough.

I don't want to stress the tank any more than possible so there can't obviously be a very significant water loss.
Thanks guys

I'm in the market for a new ATO myself.

The ATO.com units are solid and will work fine enough to prevent any significant fluctuations but it sounds like this is for a 10G display (not sump?)?

If so, you're not going to want to look at those big switches. The tunze nano ATO is much more compact and will be plenty accurate for you.

Other compact options that seem to be working well for folks (note these are new on the market)...

Not out yet but looks promising...
