A local reefer is selling many corals very cheap. The corals themselves look very healthy. Only issue is that the tank has cyano. If I dip everything before it goes into my tank, is it still a big risk?

I wouldn't risk it. Quarantine at least

Agree would QT them for awhile. Black them out for 2 days or so then observe for awhile before moving them into your system.

No problem. If you are getting frags, there should be no concern other than a quick dip. If you are buying entire (large-ish) rocks, you may introduce some nutrients to your system.
