I'm just building up my new tank and getting ready for planting after Christmas, problem is one end of my tank has a high rock pile but this is also the end I want most of my planing at , what's going to be the best way of lifting up the substrate for the planting ?
I was thinking an acrylic or slate box or maybe glass jars and then cover over with the cobbles.
Also what would you put in the raised sections? My main substrate is just basic sand, should I use a planting substrate or just fert tabs ?
I will be dosing liquid ferts and liquid carbon with 2 t5 and led spots for lights
