My tanks got a little neglected over the holidays and one of them had a BHA outbreak, working on getting the parameters back in order with GFO and W/C's, removed alot of it via siphon but still have some thats clinging to the rocks. I know mollies with eat GHA will they eat brown too?

No idea but an urchin will eat it if your turbo snails aren't (assuming you have some).

Dont think I have any turbos left, they only last me 6 months. Any pros or cons in Short spine vs Tux?

Just get the tux if you decide to go that route. Stay smaller and they do a good job. Glue all frags down. Otherwise it should be fine.
