I found this tank at Petsmart. I am planning on getting a couple of Fiddler crabs. I have the sand, gravel, a 50 wt. water heater, hides, rocks, etc. Can I use an air stone or do I really need a filter too? I do have a Whisper in tank filter--the smallest one. I keep my house in the low 60s in wintertime, so what do you suggest as far as bulbs that will keep the sand and out-of-water area warm enough? As you can see, it doesn't come with bulbs. I am on a budget.
