Just thinking out loud about a new 55 or 75g setup and was wondering if there's any fitment concerns with a new AC70 on the top rim of a standard aqueon/all-glass or perfecto 55 or 75? I like the idea of two AC70's over a single 110. Thanks.

Most problems I hear about are just user err
Maybe they tried putting it in the middle?

SWEET. Gettin' worried on this one. Tried to cancel the AC70 order earlier, but they already shipped. Figure if they fit an AGA 90g, they gotta fit a 75g.
AC 70s didn't fit on my 75g, the lip was too wide. I had to trim it (well, my husband did). I'm not sure of the brand, from petsmart ~7 years ago.
The Petsmart/TopFin tanks I saw today were Perfectos (Marineland/Tetra), but then again, the frames on the AGA's I saw today seemed to have even chunkier plastic on them than the Perfectos. Ugh.. :cry:
I emailed my LFS and the owner claims the AC70 has the same mounting gap as the AC110. Rest assured LFS's are never wrong! Yayy!:uhoh:
