CO2 Regulator Not Working

Hey guys,

So my Milwaukee MA957 has stopped working.

I see that there are 2 possible problems. 1. Solenoid is dead 2. Needle valve is clogged.

I took the solenoid off and water does come out when I loosen the needle valve, so I don't think it's that.

When I plug the solenoid in it clicks once and pops into place.
I'm not sure if that is supposed to move.

How does the solenoid work?

Does this sound like I need to replace just the solenoid?

Any help is appreciated.

I talked to my friend and he confirmed its the solenoid.
I found a replacement for $35 online.
It's pretty easy to install, just 4 screws.

I'll confirm that this is the issue when it arrives next week.

Ok so got the new solenoid and attached it. And nothing.

I checked my tank which I got refilled in Nov 2013 (10 lbs canister) and nothing in it.

My canister usually lasts 8-10 months. It's been out since Dec.

I also found water in the canister, not sure if water was back flowing into my tank or not.

I think there was a leak in the canister. I confirmed with my friend and he has the same issue with the same place. Probably didn't fill it up properly.
