Ugh.. I've had enough too. I've shoveled and used my snowblower more this winter, than the last 6 winters in a row. This is how it used to be for us in the Buffalo NY area. Things have changed the past 20yrs or so. Not this winter!!
Where I live in NW Florida (read: nana nana boo boo) we actually had an ice storm a few weeks ago. We have NO tools to deal with such things so everything just shuts down until it melts. At least you can deal with it, and it doesn't bring your town to a screeching halt.
