Hi guys!

Next week i will start to set up my 110gal TALL tank tank(L48 x W19 x H30)
i need help on lighting.

This is gonna be the set up:
4" inches of safe Tsorb as substrate
pressurized C02

My plants are:
Java fern
Giant Hygro
Micro sword
Dwarf hair grass
Cryptocoryne wendtii
Anubias
Water wisteria
java moss
Banana Plant
Vals
Ludwigia

Ill be using my existing Coralife T5HO dual 48" light fixture.
my question is: do i need 4 T5HO light?

if you want to grow dwarf hairgrass at that depth you are going to need more than a dual T5HO. For my 110 im setting up (60"L x 18" x 23"T ) i used a SunBlaze 44 (4 foot 4 bulb) Hydroponics grow out light. It has a 1 year fixture warranty and a 5 year ballast warranty. On second thought, you will probably need to use the SunBlaze 46 ( 4' 6 bulb ) fixture. you are going to need to hang the light at least 4-5" above the tank because its not water proof, so you need to allow room for splash, also to get your hand in and out of the tank. At 36" my SunBlaze 44 gets 40Par, thats not enough to grow dwarf hairgrass.

Thanks Sean! I might pick up another coralife dual t5ho 48" at my local CL for $40 bucks
My lights will be 4 t5ho total of 216w I hope I won't grow an algae farm :)
