Help! Red tail shark fish has disease! photos posted to help identify

My fish all of a sudden seemed different. He stopped moving around as much and whatnot.

I looked closely and he almost looks like he got in a fight, but as far as I can tell, no fish have been picking on him.

Any ideas on what the problem could be? See attached pictures please.
