My fish all of a sudden seemed different. He stopped moving around as much and whatnot.

I looked closely and he almost looks like he got in a fight, but as far as I can tell, no fish have been picking on him.

Any ideas on what the problem could be? See attached pictures please.

He is now floating on the top of the quarantine tank... still breathing but nearly dead. He was fine a couple days ago; this has happened so fast. I think I may have another fish infected too.
