Hi can anyone identify the disease on the angel fish. I have already lost one to this disease.
Its like white pores appear near the nose on either side. the is a white film covering the nose as well.

Need to identify the disease for proper treatment. I tried azoo bacteria treater and some cupramine after water change but its not going away.

HITH=hole in the head.

lots of possible issues ranging from poor diet to protozoa
in any case it is generally thought to be caused by lack of nutrients..

generally treated with metronidazole
