Good Day to All,

Please help me find out the illness my goldfishes have and the necessary treatment/s I should take. I have them almost 3 months now, and I'm really anxious that something is wrong with them. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Fish:
1) 6 inches Female Black Thai Oranda
2) 4 inches Male Calico Lionchu

Tank Setup: 50 gallon rimless tank. Eheim 2217 Canister Filter with spray bar. 1 pc Air stone underneath a sack of ceramic rings. 2x T5 39W Flexi-M lighting.

Parameters:
Ammonia - 0ppm
Nitrite - 0ppm
Nitrate - 40ppm
Ph - 7.6
Temp - 25.8 celcius

Husbandry: Weekly 20-30% Water Change with scrubbing off to remove brown algae on the tank sides. Filled up with 2-3 days aged water along with API stress coat.

Diet: Hikari Lionhead (sinking pellet). 1x daily feeding.

History:
The tank is almost 3 months old. Before they were 4 goldfish (2 male ryukins), and their first breeding was Feb.7, that was their first batch and I separated all the eggs to another container. Feb.9, I bought another female oranda, but to my mistake, I did not quarantine her. Just after a few days, she was lethargic, and forming fin rot. So I quarantined her to a 13 gallon hospital tank and put medications. Feb.13, 4 of my goldfish inside the 50 gallon tank, bred again. This was their second batch. I put them all together after a week (1st and 2nd fry batch) all together in one tank. During the time with their 2nd fry batch, they had Ich. My medication to them was API salt, heater, and constant water change. Thankfully, all of them 4 recover from the Ich. But sadly, my female Oranda I bought on Feb. 9, did not make it, may her soul be in peace. Now, my 2 male Ryukins are with someone else in a bigger tank. And after 3 weeks of the 2nd fry batch, my oranda and ranchu, just the two of them, bred again. Pictures below.

This is their tank setup before. I included this pic, thinking that the decorations might have injured them, so I removed them.

And this is their current tank setup, with the breeding box on the upper right corner.

First sign of wound was with my male Calico Lionchu at his side a week ago. First it was small and pale red lines, now as you can see at the picture, it has become bigger and the color shade deeper. More surprisingly is with my female ranchu, just the next morning, I woke up seeing a hole in his head and then notice the wound on her back. :(
