I agree with the above, it's definitely a willow of some sort. I have one at my dads place. You can plant the branches and they'll take root (in water too btw) and grow into a new tree.

It could be a Corkscrew Willow, but I've not seen them grow so bush like so I'm not sure.

Yeah about that... LOL. It was at a customers house. I go to a lot of houses...not even sure I remember where I saw it. I will look into the suggestions, thanks.
