Having real heat problems with the aquarium temp. Hitting a max of 35[SUP]o[/SUP]C (95[SUP]o[/SUP]F) daily. Fans over the surface only bring it down 1[SUP]o[/SUP]C. Very high ambient room temp.
Wondering if a Peltier DIY would be a feasible option? Envisage an aluminium water cooled heatsink attached to the cooling side of a Peltier and the water pumped through this with a small recirc pump?
Interested to hear what the experience and/or opinion may be on this? Have no idea of how many Peltiers (40 mm[SUP]2)[/SUP] would be needed per 10 gallons of water (example)? <img src=http://static.thaivisa.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/wai.gif>
