Hi everyone, I wanted some advice on planting for a reed/rope fish. I am planning on planted 2/3 of the tank for a "hunting ground" and the other 1/3 for free swim area. I have her in my community tank though so I do want to keep the other fish in mind. I have angels, neons, harliquins, red phantoms, cories, and kuhlis. Here is where I'm at currently:IMG_20140415_180330.jpg
I am also going to be receiving Leopard Val, Water Lettuce, Dwarf Sag , Glossostigma Elatinoids, and Subwassertang.
Thanks guys!!!

Nah, ropes are perfectly fine with plants. Mine is in the tank in my journal, as well as my bichirs. My concern would be the neons, harliquins, red phantoms, and kuhlis though, since they are small and I could see a rope eating them easily.
