So whatever happened? MONSTER logo/ name issue

I'm under the assumption that things are getting dragged out and wont be resolved any time soon. The last "official" thing I've seen was the docket posted a few months ago...but would love to hear something more recent from Li or maybe a Global Mod with insight on what's going on behind the scenes. The latest posts on MFK seem to be from mostly members...

Last thing (officially) is a post on facebook from December that a court date is set for early 2014.
