Advice on my tank please?

Hey guy i was wondering if you had any suggestions on how i could help my tank look nicer..
Fuana:
2 Marbled Veil Angels
10 neon tetra (gonna get 10 more)
A couple pond snails.
Flora:
Some kind of Vallisneria
[h=1][/h]Want some more idea on what i can add and possibly move around.

I like that idea maybe i could put some one the lowest layying one?
The tanks still a little cloudy because i had just spread out my vals.

These are the inhabitants.
I got the angels when their bodies were about dime size.

What kinda of Anubias do you recommend?

Could I Throw in a group of like 6 corries/ or ottos and 4 blue rams for ground cover?
Also my neons like to swim towards the bottom ad mid range of the tank and my angels like to swim in the middle to top range.
Is there any fish i could add that will swim close to the surface most of the time?
If i do add the corries/ottos and rams to the current mix of fish i have now will i be over or under stocked?

My tank is a 56 gallon tank produced by Marineland. Im' thinking a group of 8 corries a pair of rams and 8 hatchets (would add these over time of a couple months if i do go with them. Main focus atm is to get 10 more neons.)

Thank you for the compliment. (All hand picked wood minus the 2 on the far right. I als0 have 2 more hand picked pieces in my other tanks.)
