Oh man, I had one of these and it would grow about 2 inches a day and it became huge. Some of these go in cycle and have a dormant phase don't remember if the lace did or not. I eventually moved it to another tank with less light and no Co2 where the growth really slowed and lasted for a while before it disappeared. (bulb deteriorated)

Give it time, it looks like it has a very good start, it should do fine. These plants aren't nearly as hard as everyone makes them out to be!
