These are hanging off of my java fern and I have no clue what they are or if I should worry! This plant has been in my tank for a couple of weeks.

Yes. It looks very similar to mine. Its very odd, I am not sure why it happens.

Its hard to see, but I have new leaves growing off of the original leaves because of roots that some how grew on the original plant.

Looks like daughter plants forming. Java ferns don't have roots as other plants do. The brown fibers are holdfasts and do not transfer nutrients to the plant.
