I have one very fat, bloated looking cherry barb in my 36 gallon. He's been looking somewhat explosive for a couple of months now. However other than looking a bit balloonish, he doesn't act sick at all. He is very active, eats well, and behaves perfectly normal. None of the other fish have gotten sick. What do you think I should do with him, if anything?
Sorry for the lousy phone pic. He looks even fatter when you see him head on.
