i want to get these shrimp for my 20 gallon with in a year or two.Vampire Shrimp,Bamboo Shrimp,Cherry Shrimp,and Amano Shrimp.i have not kept shrimp before much.are any of these hard to care for?the only other fish would be about 10 red eye tetras.

I have RCS, CRS, Bamboo, Ghost, and even Opae ula shrimps. With good water conditions, they seem to be doing just fine.

i am not sure i would add a Vampire Shrimp to a 20 gallon tank though.

Vampire shrimp get 5-6 inch there are other smaller fan shrimp

whoa!thats huge i have a 4 inch gourami(different tank)but i cant imagine a shrimp getting that big.prawn or lobster yes but not a shrimp.
1 could you name a few of the other species that get big enough to not be bullied by the other fish.
2 could someone post a pic of a vampire shrimp when full grown?

my intention with this thread was to make sure that non of them would in breed or breed with each other and mess up the colors.for instance i was looking up onling shrimp for sale as i normally do,and saw a package that had yellow shrimp and cherry shrimp.they said they would in breed or the colors would mix however you would say it.
