What is this things on my plants?

There is some kind of fungus or god knows what on my plants.
Take a look:

I put in the water Tetra Media FungiStop, but this medicine is for fish only, i don't think that this fungi or what are going to vanish. What is that guys and what treatment do you propose? Thanks.

P.S.
I want to mention that these thing came out after i put in a driftwood. It may be rotting. It also has this fungus on its surface.

I suppose you could try giving the plants a quick dip in hydrogen peroxide. But I don't know what that ick is.

Have you ever seen this in a lake or pond? Gross stuff, not sure how to get rid of it.

Its merky because of the medicine i put in. Good news, the fungi are getting away. ill do water change and ill get rid of the rotting wood :)
