What is this algae?

I have this really dark green/brown/black algae growing only in one section of ky tank and idk what it is or how to get rid of it. Its origionating near my filter outflow under my lights

I assume it's normally submerged.

I'd like to say it's BBA.. spray it with excel when the water level's low, or spot treat with peroxide.

It's BBA or black beard algae, treat as said above and cut back your photoperiod to keep it from coming back.
