Alternate ecocomplete uses

Hi everybody! New to this forum. We have not made an outdoor pool yet, and winter is setting in. I have three buckets of eco-complete that have been sitting for most of the summer that I got off craigslist, so I am even unsure if they have been used. I don't think so, but no guarantees. Basically trying to do a fall clean up here. Are their alternate uses for ecocomplete? We are heavy gardeners and outdoor plant enthusiasts, and have as well landscaping work to attend to in spring. What are your thoughts? Would you sprinkle it around the yard, use for plant food, add to gravel, dump where our fish garden might be, dump in our basement and call " here fishy fishy"?
