Picked up a SAE the other day and the lady netted something else in the process. She told me "I got one of those tetras in there but I won't charge you for it." Okay. No big. But what is it?

Don't think it's a jellybean. Jellybeans have the whole tail red and the dorsal and anal fins are red as well. The closest I can come up with on yours is prionobrama filigera, the glass bloodfin. Not positive...

Many small fish are called tetras or assorted tetras. But that fish is definately a Brilliant Rasbora (Rasbora borapetensis)
