Out of all the fish I looked at in many LFS, including work, I thought I'd give rainbowfish a shot. I like the smaller more colorful ones. I picked up two Celebes Rainbows, but I want to know how many of these lovly fish can I have in my 37? The two I have gotten are hiding and did eat a little, but they are still slightly stressed. I was thinking of adding 4-6 more or maybe a bit more. but I'm not sure.

They are not tight schoolers by any means, so a large group may be disappointing, but they certainly will do better in group rather than just two. I kept 5 in a similar sized tank and that seemed about right.
