Which plants are as easy as Wisteria?

I want my tank to look like a jungle, but I don't have the resources to do a high tech tank. My Wisterias are bending over and spreading pretty well, what other easy plants can grow this well and survive with little support from me? I do have Seachem fluorite as my substrate if that helps.

Taking suggestions for carpet, foreground and middle of the tank specifically.
