Light bulb help - How do i get this -5 out?

I just got a brand new 36gal bow front from black friday

I went to put new lights in my solarmax h.o. and cant figure out how to get the old t-5 out

looks like those black things on the end probably twist off

nevermind literally was just fooling with it and they twist and pull forward.. such a dummy haha

Changing T-5s can be tricky. Had to change a few while at work, took awhile to figure it out. The black coverings twist off and the bulb twist and pops out. I broke 2 bulbs the first time. Ouch.
