The big one on the right-- bought it from Petco yesterday-- it was labelled anacharis but at checkout it rang up as "assorted loose plant". It was a bunch wrapped in rubber bands, and it doesn't really seem to have any roots.
What is this plant?

That's hard to tell from the picture. I think it's moneywort (http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=768+1632+809&pcatid=809). Tanks looks like it's just started?
It's not anacharis, the plant beside it looks like it could be an anubias....do you know what it is? If it is anubias you need to pull it out of the substrate or it will rot.

Luke, you've got the start of a nice setup there, but those plants will all die under that incandescent light you've got. You need something LED, T8 or T5 with a color/temp of ~6500K.
