Hello,

I currently have are a black veil angel and some sort of silver one. They are both about 2" nose to tail. They sometimes fight a little, other times not. I'd like to get some more and put them in this 55 gallon I recently picked up. What is a good number of angelfish for that? Also, is it better to get them at local petsmart or online shop like live aquaria? I also want to get 6 corys.

What about live plants? What are good plants for the angelfish and the corys?

Thanks

I love Angels and plants. If you have and buy them small, 6-7 would be best, but you will not be able to keep them all. Once they mature, you would only be able to keep maybe 2-3. Get them now and let them settle in.

Plants--I am a lover of sword plants and val. People always say they are "low-light" plants, but from my experience they grow bigger and prettier with higher lights.
