What type of leeches/worms are these and should I be worried?

Anyway... There are a couple 3cm long worms in my tank I thought they were lose black worms, which I feed to my puffers so I didn't worry, but now I see little sacs and am worried they could be leeches or something worse, especially due to the huge cluster of eggs you can see at the end of the video. (I feed live black worms and snails and have live plants so it could have come in with any of that.) Anyone have any idea on what they are, and if I need to deal with them? (Also they haven't done anything to my loaches, puffers, or pleco so they don't appear to be dangerous yet, and I can try to dig through and remove one if better pictures are needed) My main hypothesis, is that they are black worm leeches, does anyone know anything about these? Thanks so much for your time, any help at all would be greatly appreciated

I used to feed live black worms. When I broke down a julidochromis tank that I used to have, I found some very large blackworms under the substrate that had been there for probably a couple years. The one in your vid looks like them, though from the vid it's hard to tell for sure.
