Found a dead albino cory in my tank today. They've been in the tank for about 3 weeks. The tank is well established, planted, and healthy. Weekly water changes, all the other fish are active, bright, and healthy. The other corys seem fine as well.
Water parameters are: Ammonia 0, nitrites 0, nitrates under 20, PH 6.5, KH 120, GH 120.
