I am getting rid of my 7 inch pictus tomorrow ( :( ) and want to know what I can do.
I will have a 40B with...
2 snakeskins gouramis
2 pearl gouramis
1 opaline gourami
1 blue paradise
2 rainbow fish
all of the fish are very peaceful. long time with no aggression. maybe Angels? any suggestions?

My only concern is the amount of gouramis. Is the tank planted? Does it have floating or tall plants for the gouramis to get their own space? Something for the bottom would be my guess. Corys or something like peaceful loaches. Hovering/yoyos are awesome. Good luck!

I have some plants and a large rock structure. there is plenty of space for hiding etc.
Corys could be a good addition... any exotic choices? just wondering
