Stocking 21 gallon

So far I've be planning what I want for my 21 gallon for an extremely long time. I thought I wanted a nano fish tank, then a shell dweller tank, and last a Amazon or west African biotope. Ultimately after all of that "planning" for those themed tanks it finally hit me. Why don't I just ccombine all of my favorite fish and plants and try to make a aquascape. Now let's talk about the stocking, for the fish I'm planning on getting 1 African butterfly fish, 6 dwarf neon rainbow fish, 2 apistogramma, 7 sterbai corys, and about 10 cherry shrimp. For the plants I'm going to get Anubias
,Java moss or lilaeopsis
lilaeopsis,Amazon Sword
,Cryptocoryne beckettii
beckettii, Green tiger lotus
lotus, Java fern. I'm looking for all of your opinions

It's 24x17x12. I thought an African butterfly fish could live in this size tank since it's Not really active and only gets 4 inches.

Those are a little to small world a pair of golden wonders replace the African butterfly fish and add about 8 harlequin rasbora or von rio tetras

What about
2 honey gouramis
8 harlequin rasbora
2 apistogramma
7 stebai cories
I could do the school of micro fish if it allows me to keep the other 3 fish.
